Most orders in the contiguous United States that are over $89 ship free* with Standard Ground Service. Orders under $89 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $19.95. Orders containing individual items that are less than $89 will ship free only if the entire order totals more than $89. Certain products due to weight and/or dimensions and/or destination location (see "shippers and "indirect locations" below") even if the product prices exceeds $89, will be charged for shipping.
Ground Shipping Policy
All orders in the Contiguous United States that are over $89 ship free* with Standard Ground Service. Orders under $89 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $19.95. Orders containing individual items that are less than $89 will ship free only if the entire order totals more than $89. Expedited delivery options are available upon request. Simply contact us via email and we'll secure expedited shipping information from the manufacturer and get right back to you. Expedited shipping only affects the time in transit, not the ships-within time. Shipments that are required to ship by air are not eligible for free shipping. We must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship any item; PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) addresses are not accepted. If a non-physical address is entered we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to do so and the item ships, fees may apply for reshipment. For items shipped via freight (most items that we sell), service is curbside delivery and must be signed for by a responsible party at time of delivery.
This indicates the time needed to receive, process and ship your order after it has been placed and payment information is secured. I really wanted this grill after reading about it on line. Found one at Aspen Home Dacor and ordered. When it arrived I put it together and it blew two fuses almost immediately. Louisiana Grills thought it may be the control board or ignitor was bad. Unfortunately with Covid, a lot of the parts were back ordered for a while so I asked for a replacement grill. The staff at Aspen Home Dacor went to bat for me with Louisiana Grills and soon I had a replacement grill delivered to my door. So far so good. Excellent customer service ending with the grill I wanted.
Contacted Judith the owner from a web search to find the smoker I had decided on already. She was so quick to reply from California to me in North Carolina.
