When will my order ship?
We ship from our local warehouses in the United States and your "in-stock" order will ship from within 3 to 7 business days, with free Shipping on all orders over $89 within the 48 contiguous United States. Products on back order are noted as "pre-order".
What does "Pre-Order" mean on the product page "orange button"?
When a product is currently on back order we offer our customers the ability to place their pre-order to insure that when the product returns to stock, they will be in line to have their order shipped as soon as stock is available. Customers can always call or email us to ask when the product is due back into stock.
What does "custom order" mean?
Some of our products are considered "custom order", meaning that our manufacturer will actually produce your product specifically for you once we submit the order for production. Please note that once we submit the order to be produced, the order can not be cancelled. Products that are considered "custom order" are noted on the product page noting that it is considered "custom" and the estimated lead time for shipping.
How do I track my order?
All customer orders receive periodic email notification of the status of your shipment, from date of shipment to when you should receive it and notice of delivery.
I didn't receive my order, What can I do?
Please contact us if you haven't received your order as noted in your notification emails and we'll track it down for you and making sure we notify you of our progress. If the item is lost by the postal service, we will immediately send you a replacement order or a refund.
What do I do if my item is damaged when I receive it?
Please take a picture of the packaging and damaged item and send it to us via messaging. See our shipping return policy regarding damaged goods.
How do I return an item?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want happy customers who will want to continue to shop with us. Our policy is a full 30 day return policy from date of receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
